today started with major asthma attack!!! hahahah.. it juz won't go away.. it really took my breath away... hahahha... then went to see doc..
asthma-
noun [U] a medical condition which makes breathing difficult by causing the air passages to become narrow or blockedan asthma suffereran asthma attack
received- Continuous inhaled, short-acting beta-2-agonist by nebulisation, one dose (e.g., Salbutamol 5 to 10 mg) every 20 minutes for one hour; alternatively, the use of an inhaler (e.g., 20 puffs of Ventolin) plus a holding chamber (spacer device) produces equally effective bronchodilation. (Grade B Level IIa)
inshort nebualisation treatment..die... i recieved 2 time.. 1st round the asthma din subside.. doc even said i could be admitted to hospital.. coz too serious le.. so went for another round.. with increased dose
A - Addition of ipratropium 0.5 mg in adults to an aerosolised solution of beta-2-agonist has been shown to cause additional bronchodilation, particularly in those with severe airflow obstruction, and to reduce hospitalisation. (Grade A Level Ia)
it still din really subside.. but din go to hospital.. took 2 days MC... today and tmw
but still going to work.. see how.. hahah.. today my off day...
exhanged present with gerger today... though very late but nvm.. i love it.. hehhe...
she learn to make Muffins for me... touched!! really thank u ger.. i'll finish it all...
and she bought a piggy speaker for me... hahahah... its so cute lor... hahahah!!!! love it too....
ended the day with a splendid dinner...
i like the lesson we had today... its great... hahah.. quality time spent together.. muack..
